RED RIBBON CLUB


Red Ribbon Club is a movement started by the Government of India in schools and colleges through which, students will spread awareness over HIV / AIDS. It envisages to instil charity mind among all the students to extend their able help towards developing healthy life styles, donating blood to all the needy by promotion of Regular voluntary blood donation.

Key objectives and activities of Legal Literacy Clubs may include:

1. To create an awareness and to induce the spirit among youth to help and support people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) thereby reducing stigma and discrimination against PLHWAs.
2. To motivate youth and build their capacity as peer educators and change agents by developing their skills on leadership, negotiation, and team building.

EK BHARAT SHRESHT BHARAT 


“Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat” translates to “One India, Best India” in English. It is an initiative by the Indian government aimed at fostering unity, cultural exchange, and mutual understanding among the diverse states and regions of India. This program was launched to celebrate the diversity and cultural richness of India while promoting national integration.

The initiative was inaugurated on October 31, 2015, which coincides with the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who played a pivotal role in the integration of India after independence.

The main objective of “Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat” is to encourage people from different states to learn about and appreciate the cultures, languages, and traditions of other states. It aims to build a stronger sense of oneness among the people of India, transcending regional boundaries.

Quizzing  is like embarking on a treasure hunt where each question is a clue leading to a fascinating piece of information. Friendly competition, learning in a playful way, the joys of team work, the feel of adrenaline rush, and personal growth will be the perks of joining the college quiz club.

The club plans to hold weekly quizzes based on news from the previous week and also subject based quizzes and thus train our quizzards to take part in competitions and win prizes. Such a quizzing routine is expected to improve the general awareness of our students and help them get well equipped for competitive examinations as well.
